A Ministry under the Sacred Jurisdiction of Treignty

1. Jurisdictional Authority

1.1 Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, is a faith-based, unincorporated ecclesiastical body functioning as a Private Ministerial Association (PMA). It is not a public charity, business, or government-registered entity. The Ministry operates exclusively within the private domain under Divine Natural Law and Ecclesiastical Law.

1.2 The Ministry is governed by the sacred jurisdiction of Treignty—a divinely endowed condition of lawful self-governance through the trifold mastery of Self, Spirit, and Service. Treignty is the spiritual authority and lawful structure under which all ministry operations are conducted.

1.3 All ministry contracts, declarations, offerings, teachings, and services are bound by private covenant and ecclesiastical jurisdiction, not subject to civil or statutory law.

2. Ministry and Fellowship Operations

2.1 Spiritdetox Ministries is in sacred fellowship with the EQPAY Foundation, a decentralized educational and spiritual initiative focused on empowering members through lawful digital wealth creation, staking, and sovereign finance.

2.2 While aligned in purpose, the Ministry and the EQPAY Foundation are separate ecclesiastical entities, each governed by private law and spiritual mission. No civil agency, public court, or statutory body has authority over either.

3. Terms of Engagement

3.1 Private Membership Required
All ministry offerings—spiritual, educational, or technological—are made exclusively available to members who have voluntarily entered into private contract through the Membership Agreement or Trustee Pledge Agreement.

3.2 Non-Public Commerce
All contributions are made as sacred gifts or private covenantal exchanges. No public sales, commerce, or tax-deductible transactions are conducted. Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, and the EQPAY Foundation do not offer financial, legal, or investment advice under public law.

3.3 No Waiver of Rights
Members retain all natural, spiritual, and lawful rights. No interaction with the Ministry constitutes consent to public jurisdiction. All members act with full reservation of rights under UCC 1-308.

3.4 Internal Dispute Resolution
All disputes or misunderstandings will be resolved solely through ecclesiastical arbitration in accordance with the Ministry’s Bylaws and Code of Ecclesiastical Law. No member shall bring internal matters before any civil court.

3.5 Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals
All government, legal, corporate, and public actors are hereby given notice: this is a private ecclesiastical jurisdiction. Uninvited access, interference, or enforcement constitutes a trespass upon sacred trust and will be rebuked lawfully and spiritually.

4. Copyright and Ecclesiastical Ownership

4.1 All content created, published, or distributed by Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM and the EQPAY Foundation—including documents, declarations, videos, graphics, logos, affirmations, seals, and teachings—are ecclesiastical property protected under Divine Law, Common Law, and Covenant.

4.2 Unauthorized Use Prohibited
No part of any ministry content may be published, excerpted, copied, referenced, shared, or repurposed in public forums, courts, legal filings, or media without explicit written permission.

4.3 Permitted Use by Members Only
Authorized members may use ministry materials for personal spiritual growth, private study, and internal fellowship education only. Any external use or misrepresentation violates the sacred trust.

5. Final Declaration

5.1 All functions of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, and its affiliated entities shall remain under the exclusive governance of Treignty and shall not be construed to fall under any jurisdiction of the State, Federal Government, or commercial regulatory body.

5.2 This Notice stands as a lawful rebuttal to any presumptions of civil authority or public control over the Ministry’s actions, properties, members, or trustees.

5.3 All interactions with this Ministry are deemed sacred, private, and lawful under the authority of the Most High.
