What Is a Private Ministerial Association?

Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM is a faith-based Private Ministerial Association (PMA) and Sacred Society Ministry (SSM). We are established under Ecclesiastical Law, not public law, and we operate in spiritual jurisdiction through the sacred principle of Treignty—the divinely endowed condition of sacred self-governance under Natural and Ecclesiastical Law.

Our association is rooted in the God-given rights to freedom of religion, association, and contract, as secured by Natural Law, expressed through Treignty, and recognized in foundational spiritual and lawful doctrines.

Ecclesiastical Law & Private Jurisdiction

Unlike public corporations or 501(c)(3) religious institutions, our ministry:

• Does not report to state or federal authorities

• Operates outside the public jurisdiction

• Uses private bylaws and spiritual governance

• Handles disputes internally through ecclesiastical arbitration

• Is not subject to civil legal claims or public contracts

While we walk in spiritual alignment, each entity remains legally and operationally distinct.

Who Can Join?

Membership is open to men and women of conscience who:

• Seek to live in alignment with spiritual law

• Desire to detox from oppressive systems

• Wish to engage in private commerce and covenant using lawful trust structures

• Value sacred wealth, family legacy, and divine jurisdiction

Joining is done privately and requires a signed agreement acknowledging the ministry’s private spiritual authority.
