Declaration of Charter

Preamble

We, the undersigned founders and spiritual officers of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, do hereby declare and establish this Charter as a sacred covenant and lawful foundation for our Private Ministerial Association, created under the authority of Divine Natural Law, and independent of secular or statutory jurisdiction.

Our Ministry is formed not for public approval or commercial gain, but for the sacred mission of spiritual awakening, lawful empowerment, holistic healing, and conscious wealth-building, in alignment with our Creator and the universal laws that govern increase.

Article I – Name and Nature

The name of this private fellowship shall be:
Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM (Sacred Service Ministry).

It shall exist as a faith-based Private Ministerial Association (PMA) formed for the non-public exercise of spiritual conscience, ministry, and private contract between like-minded individuals.

Article II – Jurisdiction and Authority

This ministry exists and operates exclusively under Divine Natural Law and the ecclesiastical jurisdiction of its founding trustees. It is not subject to the control, licensing, taxation, or regulation of any civil or governmental authority, nor does it consent to such.

All matters concerning Spiritdetox Ministries, including internal governance, spiritual teachings, financial stewardship, and member affairs, shall be handled privately and according to the customs, conscience, and sacred trust of this fellowship.

Article III – Mission and Purpose

The purpose of this Ministry is to:

• Promote spiritual sovereignty and the realization of each individual as a divine creation endowed with purpose, rights, and power

• Support the renewal and detoxification of the mind, body, and spirit from false systems of control

• Provide faith-based education rooted in spiritual law, practical wisdom, and economic empowerment

• Teach and exemplify the principles found in The Science of Getting Rich in the Digital Age — especially the use of right thinking, gratitude, clarity of purpose, and inspired action as the path to true wealth

• Operate a private fellowship and education platform for the healing, support, and upliftment of members

We affirm that wealth is a divine birthright when pursued lawfully and creatively. We reject doctrines of scarcity and limitation, and instead teach that through thought, faith, and action, one may grow rich in soul and substance without exploitation or competition.

Article IV – Membership and Fellowship

Membership in Spiritdetox Ministries is offered by invitation or application, to individuals who align with our spiritual values and private jurisdiction. All members:

• Must enter into agreement knowingly, willingly, and in good faith

• Are subject to the internal policies, bylaws, and spiritual customs of the Ministry

• Acknowledge that this is a private, spiritual fellowship, not a public or commercial organization

Members are encouraged to pursue purposeful living, personal healing, and divine increase, contributing to the spiritual and economic upliftment of the community.
