We, the undersigned founders and spiritual leaders of SpiritDetox Ministries, SSM, establish this Charter as the foundational framework for our Private Ministerial Association.
This Ministry is formed as a faith-based fellowship dedicated to spiritual growth, education, personal development, and community support. Its purpose is to serve individuals seeking clarity, wellness, and purposeful living in alignment with their values and understanding of a higher Source.
The name of this fellowship shall be:
SpiritDetox Ministries, SSM (Sacred Service Ministry)
SpiritDetox Ministries operates as a faith-based Private Ministerial Association (PMA), formed for individuals who voluntarily come together for spiritual, educational, and community-based activities.
SpiritDetox Ministries operates according to its internal framework, including its Bylaws, Membership Agreements, and community guidelines.
All matters relating to the Ministry—such as governance, teachings, financial stewardship, and member participation—are guided by its established structure and shared standards.
The Ministry functions as a member-supported community centered on responsibility, participation, and mutual respect.

We support individuals in developing a balanced approach to growth—personally, spiritually, and practically—through awareness, discipline, and aligned effort.
Membership in SpiritDetox Ministries is voluntary and open to individuals who align with the purpose and values of the community.

To maintain clarity and provide legal structure, the following documents are incorporated by reference into these Bylaws. They are binding upon all members and trustees.
