Purpose of This Agreement
This Agreement outlines the nature and intent of contributions made to SpiritDetox Ministries, SSM.
SpiritDetox Ministries is a member-supported, faith-based community that provides educational content, resources, and fellowship for personal development and growth.
1. Nature of Contributions
Contributions to SpiritDetox Ministries support its educational programs, community activities, and ongoing development.
All contributions are made voluntarily and are intended to support the mission and operations of the Ministry.
SpiritDetox Ministries is not a public charity, and contributions are not intended to be tax-deductible.
2. Voluntary Participation
By making a contribution, you acknowledge that:
- Your participation is voluntary
- Your contribution is made in good faith
- You understand that contributions support the Ministry’s mission and activities
3. Use of Contributions
Funds received are used to support:
- educational content and programs
- community development and resources
- operational and platform-related needs
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within thirty (30) days of the original contribution.
Requests must be submitted within this period and will be reviewed in good faith.
After 30 days, contributions are considered final.
5. Digital Acknowledgment
By checking the box or clicking “Submit and Check-Out,” you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement.
Supporting Agreements and Member Guidelines:
To maintain clarity and provide legal structure, the following documents are incorporated by reference into these Bylaws. They are binding upon all members and trustees.
