“Giving is the first step in receiving. You cannot hold back from the flow and expect abundance to reach you.”
— The Science of Getting Rich in the Digital Age
This Donation Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the nature, intent, and spiritual principles governing all financial offerings made to Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, a Private Ministerial Association operating under Divine Natural Law and ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
By making a donation, you acknowledge that your gift is voluntary, private, and made in alignment with both spiritual purpose and universal law.
All donations made to Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM are private, non-commercial offerings made under the jurisdiction of Divine Natural Law. These contributions are spiritual in nature and are intended to support the ministry’s mission of spiritual awakening, holistic wellness, educational outreach, and faith-based wealth empowerment.
While we are not a public charity or government-regulated nonprofit—and donations are therefore not tax-deductible under public code—they are considered sacred gifts made in alignment with spiritual conscience and protected within the private domain.
In accordance with our bylaws, donations are generally considered final; however, we honor a 30-day good faith refund policy. Refunds may be requested in writing within 30 calendar days of the donation date and will be reviewed in a spirit of equity and spiritual integrity.
We honor the universal law of creative circulation, as taught in The Science of Getting Rich in the Digital Age. Giving is not a loss — it is an intentional act of alignment with abundance. When you give with purpose, gratitude, and clarity of intention, you open the way for increase to return through channels seen and unseen.
Your donation supports a higher vision — one that uplifts souls, educates minds, and empowers sovereign living. We receive with deep gratitude and release blessings of increase to every giver.
By submitting your donation, you affirm the following:
You are giving freely, without coercion, and with full spiritual and legal awareness.
You are not under the impression that your donation constitutes a purchase or exchange for commercial services.
You understand that all funds go directly toward supporting the private mission, operations, and development of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM.
Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM operates within a private spiritual jurisdiction where all donations are made voluntarily, in good faith, and for the support of our mission. However, in accordance with our bylaws and in the spirit of fairness and integrity, a 30-day refund policy is offered for all donations.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of donation and must include the donor’s full name, contact information, amount donated, and reason for the request. All valid requests will be reviewed with respect to our spiritual mission and principles of equity.
After 30 days, all donations are considered final and non-refundable, as they represent a sacred offering in support of divine work. We encourage all givers to donate from a place of spiritual clarity, alignment, and purpose.
By checking the box or clicking “Submit and Check-Out”, you agree to the terms outlined in this Donation Agreement. You affirm that your donation is:
A private spiritual offering
Given voluntarily in support of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM
Not subject to public tax codes, business regulations, or commercial recourse
We believe that every sincere gift, given in alignment with divine purpose, returns multiplied to the giver. May your donation seed abundance in your life — spiritually, financially, and creatively — as part of the great circulation of good ordained by the Most High.
