Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned Member (“Recipient”) and Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, a Private Ministerial Association, for the purpose of protecting confidential, proprietary, and ecclesiastically privileged information shared within the scope of the Member’s relationship with the Ministry.

By enrolling in this private membership, the Recipient agrees to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality Obligation
   The Recipient agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all private communications, teachings, documents, strategies, and materials obtained through participation in Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM. This includes, but is not limited to, member meetings, digital training, group chats, and any privileged or proprietary resources.

2. No Unauthorized Disclosure
   The Recipient shall not reproduce, distribute, share, or disclose any confidential information to any third party without the express written consent of the Ministry’s governing body or designated officers.

3. Remedies for Breach
   The Recipient acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may result in legal, equitable, or ecclesiastical remedies, including but not limited to removal from membership, injunctions, or other relief deemed appropriate by the Ministry.

4. Digital Acknowledgment and Acceptance
   By checking the box and clicking “Submit and Check-Out”, the Recipient affirms that:

   • They agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.

   • They are entering into this private spiritual membership in good faith, for the purposes of spiritual growth, education, and lawful fellowship.

   • They are not acting as an agent or representative of any government, regulatory body, or investigative entity, nor are they participating under false pretenses.

5. Binding Effect
   This Agreement is binding upon digital acknowledgment and shall remain in effect for the duration of the Recipient’s membership and beyond, with respect to all confidential materials received during that time.
