By digitally signing, you are applying for membership in Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, a private, unincorporated ministerial association operating under Ecclesiastical Law and Natural Law.
1. Voluntary Participation
Membership in SpiritDetox Ministries is entirely voluntary and reflects a choice to participate in a private, educational, and community-based environment.
Members may choose to join or leave at any time. Participation is based on personal decision and individual engagement within the community.
2. Agreement to Community Guidelines
By joining, members acknowledge and agree to follow the Ministry’s Bylaws, Membership Guidelines, and supporting documents, including any updates made over time.
Members are expected to engage in a manner consistent with the values, purpose, and standards of the SpiritDetox Ministries community.
3. Membership Contributions
Membership contributions support access to educational content, resources, and community participation.
These contributions help sustain the Ministry’s programs and ongoing development. Refunds are available in accordance with the stated refund policy.
4. Communication and Resolution
Members are encouraged to address any concerns through the Ministry’s internal communication process.
The Ministry will work in good faith to review and resolve matters in a fair and reasonable manner within the community environment.
5. Confidentiality and Conduct
Members agree to participate respectfully and with consideration for the community.
Community materials, discussions, and shared resources are intended for private use within the SpiritDetox Ministries environment and should be treated with discretion.
Members are responsible for their own actions, communications, and use of the information provided.
6. Membership Status
The Ministry may suspend or discontinue membership for conduct that does not align with community standards or participation guidelines.
Members may also choose to end their participation at any time. Upon termination, access to membership content and community areas may be discontinued.
7. Digital Acknowledgment
By checking the box and clicking “Submit and Check Out,” you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and are voluntarily participating in the SpiritDetox Ministries community.
Supporting Agreements and Member Guidelines:
To maintain clarity and provide legal structure, the following documents are incorporated by reference into these Bylaws. They are binding upon all members and trustees.
