Equitypay Affiliate Program

The EquityPay Affiliate Program allows members and supporters of the EquityPay ecosystem to share educational resources and invite others to participate in the network.

Participants who refer new members may receive recurring affiliate rewards paid in EQPAY coins, the native digital asset of the EquityPay network.

Educational resources related to the ecosystem may be provided through independent learning platforms; however, the affiliate program and commission structure are administered solely by EquityPay.

By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the EquityPay Affiliate Program is available to individuals who maintain an active member account within the EquityPay ecosystem.

Eligible participants may include:

• Free members with an active account.
• Instructor members with an active account.
• Executor members participating in advanced programs.

EquityPay reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% recurring commission for each active referral that maintains a paid membership level.

Example:

If a referred member maintains a $99.95 monthly membership, the referring affiliate earns approximately $9.99 per month while that membership remains active.

3. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions are distributed monthly, on or before the 5th of each month.

All commissions are paid in EQPAY coins.

An active EQPAY Wallet is required in order to receive commission payouts.

4. Tracking and Attribution

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link.

For commissions to be credited:

• The referral must register using the affiliate link.
• The referral must maintain an active membership status.

EquityPay is not responsible for commissions lost due to improperly used links or untracked referrals.

5. Acceptable Conduct

Affiliates must promote the program in a professional and ethical manner.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Spamming or unsolicited mass messaging.
• Misleading claims about the EquityPay platform or potential earnings.
• False or exaggerated statements regarding financial outcomes.
• Misrepresentation of affiliation with EquityPay

Violations may result in suspension or termination of affiliate privileges.

6. Commission Example (EQPAY)

If an affiliate refers 10 active members, each maintaining a $99.95 monthly membership:

10% commission = $99.95 total monthly reward

If the EQPAY market value were $0.10 per coin, the affiliate would receive approximately:

999 EQPAY coins

Values are illustrative and depend on market conditions and exchange availability.

7. Independent Participant Status

Affiliates participate as independent Contractor promoters.

Participation in this program does not create an employer–employee relationship with EquityPay.

Affiliates are responsible for:

• Their own promotion strategies.
• Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
• Any tax obligations related to rewards received.

8. Digital Acceptance

By enrolling in the EquityPay Affiliate Program or submitting an application, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understand these terms.
• Agree to participate in good faith.
• Accept these terms as a binding digital agreement.

Your electronic submission constitutes acceptance of these terms.

9. Wallet Address Requirement for Commission Payments

To receive commissions, you must maintain an active EQPAY wallet address.

All affiliate rewards will be sent to the wallet address associated with your account.
