For decades, people have carried the phrase “In GOD We Trust” in their wallets, printed boldly on the back of every Federal Reserve Note. To the casual observer, it appears to be a spiritual affirmation — a patriotic nod to faith. But to those with eyes to see and ears to hear, this phrase may represent something far more covert: a hidden trust, cloaked in religious language, operating beneath the surface of the financial system.
Could this be a real trust, declared right under our noses?
Let’s examine this phrase through the lens of Equity, Natural Law, and the sacred teachings of Treignty.
Hidden in Plain Sight: A Trust Structure?
In the realm of trust law, three parties form the foundation of any trust:
Grantor: the one who creates the trust
Trustee: the one who holds and manages it
Beneficiary: the one who receives the benefit
“In GOD We Trust” subtly positions GOD as the Trustee, and We the People as the supposed Beneficiaries. But the deeper question is:
Which “god” is being trusted?
Is this the Most High — the Divine Creator of all life and law? Or is it a fabricated deity of the corporate financial system, veiled in biblical terminology to confuse consent?
When viewed in equity, the phrase acts as a presumptive declaration:
By using this instrument, you agree to operate under our god, within our trust.
The Dollar as a Commercial Trust Instrument
Consider this: U.S. currency is not backed by gold, labor, or substance. It is issued by a private central bank — the Federal Reserve — which operates outside the lawful constitutional structure. Every Federal Reserve Note is a debt instrument, not a promise of value.
Yet it carries this sacred phrase: “In GOD We Trust.”
By using these notes, the people may unknowingly enter into a constructive or implied trust with unseen parties. In many cases, the “god” being referenced is Mammon — the spirit of materialism, control, and debt.
The dollar becomes a spiritual-commercial contract, where trust is placed not in the Most High, but in a counterfeit deity of commerce.
The Mechanics of Presumed Consent
Just like birth certificates, driver’s licenses, and marriage licenses, the dollar note is a presentment — an offer wrapped in hidden jurisdiction. Every time it is used, a presumption of agreement is reinforced.
This is why the system prefers silence over rebuttal. Without a declaration to the contrary, it assumes:
You trust in its system.
You accept its god.
You operate under its trust structure.
Unless rebutted, this becomes an unseen contract, sealed by usage and silence.
Reclaiming Trust Under Treignty
The doctrine of Treignty teaches that true trust begins within: a sacred relationship between the living man or woman, the Most High, and their rightful estate.
To reclaim that trust, one must:
Rebut the public trust presumption.
Declare your standing as Grantor and Beneficiary of your living estate.
Assign trusteeship only to those aligned with Divine Law.
When you declare:
“I trust only in the Most High — not in Mammon, not in the state, not in false gods,”
you break the spell and nullify the implied contract.
This is the sacred work of Treignty: restoring jurisdiction, dominion, and trust to the rightful steward.
A Call to Rebut and Declare
The phrase “In GOD We Trust” may very well be the title of a global trust system, binding those who do not speak in their own name. But this can be undone. Through public record, spiritual affirmation, and ecclesiastical writ, you can reclaim your name, your estate, and your standing — in truth and honor.
“No man can serve two masters.” — Matthew 6:24
Will you trust in Mammon, or in the Most High?
The time has come to see beyond the ink on paper.
Let those with spiritual eyes declare:
“I, a living man, no longer operate under this false trust. I declare my trust in the Most High alone, and my estate is administered in Equity.”
This is how freedom is remembered.
This is how trust is restored.
Affirmation of Divine Trust and Sacred Standing
To be spoken aloud, sealed with intention, and affirmed in truth.
I do not trust in Mammon, nor in the gods of commerce.
I place my trust in the Most High alone.
My estate is not subject to unseen contracts or presumptive control.
I do not serve the false trust that hides behind currency and deception.
I serve the Law of Life, the Law of Light, and the Law of the Living.
I am the living steward of my estate,
The Grantor, the Beneficiary, and the sacred vessel of Divine Will.
No man, agency, or construct shall stand between me and my Creator.
No hidden trust shall govern me without my consent.
I now revoke all silent presumptions, and I declare:
My trust is private, sacred, and governed by Equity.
My jurisdiction is Treignty. My witness is the Most High.
Let this word be heard in every realm — spiritual, temporal, and legal:
I stand in my power, I stand in truth,
And I shall not be moved.
So let it be.
