Trustee Pledge Agreement

By clicking the “Submit and Check Out” button at sign-up, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms of the Trustee Pledge Agreement with Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, a private, unincorporated ministerial association governed by Ecclesiastical and Natural Law, and founded upon the sacred principle of Treignty.

I am voluntarily entering into a private membership contract as a Trustee of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, pledging $99.95/month to support its mission, operations, and spiritual outreach, as an expression of my own walk in Treignty—the divinely endowed condition of sacred self-governance under Natural and Ecclesiastical Law.

I understand that all interactions and contributions are conducted within the private domain, under the spiritual jurisdiction of Treignty, and are therefore outside the reach of public law, governmental agencies, or statutory regulatory enforcement.

I affirm that I have read and agree to the Ministry’s Bylaws, Membership Agreement, and all supporting documents, and that I will uphold its spiritual values, confidentiality, non-disparagement policies, and the principle of Treignty as part of my role within this living trust.

I recognize that all financial support is provided as a spiritual gift, not a commercial transaction, and I waive any refund rights beyond the 30-day policy specified in the Bylaws—offering support in trust and faith, not expectation.

I confirm that I am entering this agreement in good faith, not as an agent or representative of any governmental or regulatory body, and that I accept my duties and responsibilities as a Trustee within this private ecclesiastical jurisdiction and under the sacred condition of Treignty.

By clicking the “Submit and Check Out” button, I agree to be bound by the Trustee Pledge Agreement and all terms of private membership in Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, standing in my Treignty, before the Most High.
