This Agreement outlines the terms under which the undersigned individual (“Contractor”) provides services to SpiritDetox Ministries, SSM.
By entering into this Agreement, the Contractor acknowledges and agrees to the following:
The Contractor provides services independently and is not an employee of SpiritDetox Ministries.
This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. The Contractor remains responsible for their own actions, decisions, and activities.
Services are provided based on mutual understanding and agreement between the Contractor and SpiritDetox Ministries.
All work is performed in alignment with the Ministry’s purpose, standards, and community environment.
The Contractor agrees to act in good faith and to take responsibility for their services, communications, and deliverables.
The Contractor agrees not to hold the Ministry responsible for claims arising from their individual actions or work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, content, and materials created as part of this engagement become the property of SpiritDetox Ministries.
This includes digital content, designs, written materials, research, and related media.
The Contractor is responsible for their own financial, tax, and personal obligations related to any compensation received.
This Agreement does not include employee benefits, insurance, or similar provisions.
This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the engagement and may be ended by either party at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, both parties agree to resolve any remaining work or materials in good faith.
By submitting this Agreement electronically or providing digital confirmation, the Contractor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
This Agreement is entered into in good faith, with mutual respect and a shared understanding of the responsibilities outlined above.
To maintain clarity and provide legal structure, the following documents are incorporated by reference into these Bylaws. They are binding upon all members and trustees.
