Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms under which the undersigned individual (“Contractor”) shall provide services to Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, a Private Ministerial Association operating under exclusive ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

By entering into this Agreement, the Contractor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Independent Status
The Contractor affirms that they are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM. Services are offered voluntarily and independently, under private agreement, and outside the jurisdiction of public statutory regulation. No employment relationship is created by this Agreement.

2. Private Jurisdiction
All services rendered and engagements entered into are governed exclusively by the private ecclesiastical law and jurisdiction of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM. The Contractor operates in fellowship under these private terms and agrees that all contractual matters remain within this non-public domain.

3. Indemnification
The Contractor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, its trustees, members, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their services, actions, or omissions.

4. Ownership of Work Product
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all work product, content, materials, or deliverables created or produced by the Contractor in the course of their engagement shall be deemed the exclusive property of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM. This includes, but is not limited to, digital content, designs, publications, written documents, research, and media.

5. No Entitlement to Benefits
As an independent contractor, the undersigned is not entitled to any benefits, compensation, insurance coverage, or privileges afforded to employees or statutory entities. The Contractor is solely responsible for any personal taxes or obligations related to compensation received under private contract.

6. Term & Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the project or service period, and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding work, property, or obligations shall be promptly resolved in good faith.

7. Digital Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By checking the acknowledgment box or submitting any signed form electronically, the Contractor confirms their understanding of and agreement to all terms herein, and affirms their intent to operate in good faith under the private fellowship of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM.

This Agreement is made in honor, good faith, and mutual respect under the private domain of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM.
