By digitally signing, you are applying for membership in Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM, a private, unincorporated ministerial association operating under Ecclesiastical Law and Natural Law.
The Member acknowledges and agrees that:
Membership in the Ministry is entirely voluntary and constitutes entry into a private, non-public relationship.
All interactions, services, and benefits are conducted within the private domain and outside of the jurisdiction of public law, regulatory agencies, or administrative bodies.
The Member is not compelled to join and may withdraw at any time by providing written notice to the Ministry.
The Member agrees to:
Comply with the Ministry’s Bylaws, Membership Rules, Terms of Use, Policies, and all other guiding documents, including any future amendments.
Uphold the mission, vision, and spiritual values of the Ministry as outlined in its Declaration of Charter and Statement of Faith.
The Member understands that all financial contributions, including membership pledges, are considered voluntary spiritual gifts or donations and are not commercial transactions.
These donations are made to support the mission and ministry operations and are therefore non-refundable beyond the 30-day policy stated in the Bylaws.
The Member agrees that all grievances, disputes, or controversies shall be resolved exclusively through the internal Ecclesiastical Committees or Tribunals of Spiritdetox Ministries, SSM.
The Member waives the right to pursue external legal action or public court remedies regarding any matter arising within the private domain of the Ministry.
The Member agrees to the following conduct standards:
Confidentiality: To maintain strict confidentiality regarding all private communications, member content, educational materials, and internal affairs of the Ministry.
Non-Disparagement: To refrain from making any public statements or private communications that may damage the reputation, mission, members, trustees, or operations of the Ministry.
Indemnification: To hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Ministry and its trustees, ministers, contributors, and associates from any liability or claims arising from the Member’s participation, communications, or actions in connection with the Ministry.
The Ministry reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke membership at any time for violations of its principles, policies, or conduct standards.
The Member also retains the right to terminate their membership by submitting written notice, understanding that all access to member benefits and programs will cease upon termination.

To maintain clarity and provide legal structure, the following documents are incorporated by reference into these Bylaws. They are binding upon all members and trustees.
